Ahmir ‘Questlove’ Thompson’s directorial debut features previously unreleased footage from the Harlem Cultural Festival in the summer of 1969, also known as ‘Black Woodstock.’ Featuring Stevie Wonder, Mahalia Jackson, Max Roach, Nina Simone, The 5th Dimension, The Staple Singers, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Mavis Staples, Blinky Williams, Sly and the Family Stone, the Chambers Brothers and several others.

Admission free, donation welcome. Doors open from 6 pm.
