An exhibition of photographic works by Nadine Targiel, Florian Müller and Michael Streckbein.

The image as a starting point, as an initiator for an association, for a thought, a memory, a feeling. Evocation describes this process, which the three artists not only intend with their works, they experience this process themselves when capturing moments and creating visual constructions. This results in photographs on the one hand, but also abstract works on the other, which evoke an individual reaction and a personal view of the image and a – sometimes unconscious – association in each viewer. Abstraction is therefore not an alternative to reality; it serves to communicate with the emotions and the subjectively limited perception of the viewer.
